An ERP process review is where a multi-industry experienced Epicor consultant can come into your business and review your business practices with particular attention paid to how Epicor ERP is woven into your current business processes.
Often during the process reviews we can find untapped features which can help our customers by improving process efficiencies or by making available previously unseen information which can influence key business decisions.
