Neil Jones
ERP Consultant
Neil is a time served Engineer with an industry background within Production Engineering and Design with 18 years’ experience working within manufacturing companies which included 9 years as a senior operations manager. It was during this time as an Epicor customer he implemented Vantage 8 which gave the backbone to the Epicor ERP experience and knowledge he holds today.
Since crossing over into ERP consultancy 7 years ago Neil has worked with over 60 Epicor ERP customers across various sectors from aerospace, marine, distribution, agricultural, telecommunications and automotive. He has previously worked for Dot Net IT and Epicor Software in ERP consultancy roles. Neil has a wide-ranging Epicor ERP product knowledge with specific skill sets within Manufacturing, Distribution, Product Configurator, Planning and Scheduling, MRP and Purchasing modules.

Dr Dele Oyebande
ERP Consultant & Solution Architect
Dele has over 25 years’ experience of providing solutions based around ERP systems to businesses all over the world. In this time, Dele has helped to develop a bespoke ERP system and previously held Solution Architect and Consultancy roles for both Dot Net IT and Epicor Software working with over 80 customers. His initial dalliance with Epicor ERP software began as an Epicor customer implementing Vantage 8 and he has worked extensively with every iteration right up to Epicor ERP 10.
Dele has extensive experience providing solutions using Epicor’s ICE Tool set, Service Connect as well as the Epicor SDK (Software Development Kit). He is an Electrical Engineer by training with a Ph. D from the University of Manchester and has experience designing computer-controlled test equipment for the cable manufacturing industry.

Leroy Meares
ERP Consultant
Leroy has been working with the Epicor product for over 10 years. His Epicor journey also began as a customer implementing Epicor into a services-based company. With a previous AAT qualification in accountancy Leroy quickly learned his way around Epicor Financials. Over the years he has since led several implementations of Epicor as well as being the finance lead consultant in project teams having previously contracted to Dot Net IT and Epicor.
Leroy is actually a software developer by training having gained a Bsc (Hons) in Artificial Intelligence at UWE Bristol, because of this he has a solid understanding of the Epicor ICE Tool set and has utilised this knowledge to develop several bespoke solutions to solve complex customer requirements. He brings with him a knowledge of Agile project management methodologies and practices to the Blue Sky ERP Team.
